Plans, trials and add-ons

• The Free trial lasts 30 days with reduced limits and no payment method required. It does not convert automatically into a paid plan.
• Paid plans — Starter, Essentials, Plus and Advanced — are billed monthly or yearly. Yearly billing is charged up front at ten months’ price for twelve months of service.
• Add-ons such as Amazon Seller & Intelligence are billed separately, on the same cycle as your plan, and can be added or removed at any time.
• Plan limits (transactions, products, users, locations, employees) are enforced in the product. When you reach a limit, further writes are blocked until you upgrade.

Payment, renewal and price changes

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each term until cancelled. Card details are held by our payment processor, not by us.
• Taxes (GST/HST, QST, PST, VAT, state sales tax and equivalents) are added where applicable based on your billing address and registration details.
• Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next term, and features above the new plan stop then.
• We will give at least 30 days’ notice by email before any price increase, and it applies from your next renewal — you may cancel before then without penalty.

Failed payments and suspension

• If a payment fails we retry and email you. After 14 days of non-payment the workspace becomes read-only; after 30 days it may be suspended.
• Your data is retained during this period. Restoring service requires the outstanding balance to be settled.
• We do not charge late fees on standard plans, but we may recover reasonable costs of collection on invoiced enterprise accounts.

Cancellation and refunds

• You may cancel at any time from Plans & billing. Cancellation stops the next charge; access continues to the end of the paid term.
• Monthly fees already charged are not generally refundable, because the service has been delivered.
• Yearly plans: if you cancel within 14 days of the initial charge we refund it in full. After that we refund the unused whole months at our discretion where you have not made significant use of the term.
• We always refund a charge taken in error, a duplicate charge, or a period during which we failed to provide the service due to a fault on our side.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.

Test and preview accounts

Sandbox, preview and platform-administration accounts exist for demonstration and support. They may be reset, re-tiered or removed at any time, carry no service commitment, and must not be used to run a real business.
